I rotated with Dr. Miller as a medical student and it was one of best times I had during med school. It was also a very insightful and amazing learning experience. I used to think that fillers made you look puffy and fake, and that it was always obvious whenever someone had gotten them. But as someone interested in aesthetic medicine, I wanted to educate myself and learn more, and that's when I found Dr. Miller. I learned the answer to my question very quickly: Injecting fillers is a skilled art and only with the best can you not even tell that someone has gotten fillers. I was shocked. All of the people and celebrities I had seen with what I thought were obvious fillers that didn't look particularly good, were because it was a poorly done job. However, every time I watched Dr. Miller work her magic on a client, it looked so natural that if I hadn't been present in the room, I wouldn't even be able to tell that they had fillers. And not only did it look natural, her clients also looked as if they were suddenly years younger. Dr. Miller taught and demonstrated to me how vital and important your technique is. She also taught me the different ways that injections can go wrong and how that causes the fake/puffy appearance I had witnessed before. I learned so much from Dr. Miller, including how to inject Botox and all about Kybella, and I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to learn from her with her expertise. She makes her clients so happy, and just by improving their appearance, they can walk out into the world with newly found self-confidence. This makes such a huge difference to them. Is there any other field of medicine this rewarding? Because I don't think so. Once I decide to join the field of aesthetic medicine, I hope to be able to go back to her for guidance and to further learn from her. In fact, I've even told her that when the time comes, I don't want to get fillers from anyone else but her! She is truly one of, if not the best. Thank you so much Dr. Miller!

A novel would not be long enough to adequately describe how much I enjoyed and benefited from my day at Dr. Miller’s Medical Aesthetic Academy.I am an MD in solo practice (15 years) with one employee (my office administrator). Both of us attended: Me, to observe a new or different injection technique and my administrator to learn possible marketing tips.We chose the Medical Aesthetic Academy for several reasons: Dr. Miller is nationally known and I have watched some of her videos in the past; Dr. Miller is published and I have read and benefited from some of her articles; This was a one-on-one educational opportunity; St Louis is close to home.While I had never met Dr. Miller, she and I as well as Gwen (her assistant) and my administrator quickly became friends. She is open and very generous with her time and information.Her technique is a bit “off-label” but the results are absolutely sublime! While I consider myself an experienced injector, I learned so much in one day from Dr. Miller. I have incorporated her training into my practice and I am thrilled with the results.We had arranged in advance that Dr. Miller would inject both myself and my administrator…Bellafill® for facial volume restoration and Versa® for our lips. The results are exquisite and natural.Do yourself a favor and spend some time at the Medical Aesthetic Academy. I intend to go back soon!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about St. Louis Skin Solutions Medical Aesthetics training. I feel completely blessed to have found this company. Gwen and Meaghan are amazing leaders with great compassion for this industry . Dr. Miller is so kind, inviting and such an expert with an impressive bank of knowledge that she is willing to share. Dr. Miller has such compassion for medicine, patient care and an eye for perfecting the combination of art and medicine. I am so greatful to be learning from her and her staff.
